You have 30 days from the day your piece arrives to send it back. Email me at sales@aebsilver.com and I'll send a prepaid return label with instructions. Please don't ship anything back before that, as I can't accept a return I don't know is coming. The piece should come back as it left: unworn, in its box.

Damaged, wrong or not right

Look your order over when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email me straight away and I'll make it right.

Exchanges

Every piece is one of a kind, so there's no like-for-like swap. Return the piece, and once it's back, buy the one you'd rather have.

Refunds

When your return arrives I'll check it over and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks sometimes take a few days to show it.

Custom-made pieces are final sale.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return it for any reason, under the same conditions.
