Every piece is finished and ready to go. Orders usually leave my studio in New Hampshire within 1 to 3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as yours ships.

Shipping is free anywhere in the United States on orders of $100 or more. For other orders, the cost is worked out at checkout.

Each piece comes in a gift box, ready to keep or to give. These are not wrapped.

Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, based on where the order is shipped.

Yes. You have 30 days from the day your piece arrives. Email me at sales@aebsilver.com first and I'll send a prepaid return label with instructions. Please don't ship anything back before that, as I can't accept a return I don't know is coming. The piece should come back as it left: unworn, in its box.

Look your order over when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email me straight away and I'll make it right.

Every piece is one of a kind, so there's no like-for-like swap. Return the piece, and once it's back, buy the one you'd rather have.

When your return arrives I'll check it over and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks sometimes take a few days to show it.

Custom-made pieces are final sale.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return it for any reason, under the same conditions.

Mostly sterling silver and fine silver and gold, made and finished by hand in my studio. Some pieces have stones or a darkened patina. Each listing says exactly what the piece is made of.

Each ring is one of a kind and made in the size shown on its page. If you're not sure of your size, any jeweler can measure your finger for free, or email me at sales@aebsilver.com and I'll help.

• Store pieces dry, ideally in their box or a small bag, away from air and moisture.
• Take jewelry off before swimming, showering, cleaning, or putting on lotion and perfume.
• A soft polishing cloth brings back the shine.
• On pieces with a dark patina, polish gently and skip dip cleaners, which remove the patina.
